Zusammenfassung
Andras is an experienced Freelance Frontend Developer with over 6 years of industry
experience. In the last 4 years, he has been involved in projects at Novo Nordisk, where he used
Vue.js framework to develop web applications. Prior to this, Andras spent 3 years honing his
skills with the Angular framework.
His extensive experience with modern frontend frameworks has provided him with a robust
foundation in JavaScript, TypeScript, and other web-related languages such as HTML, CSS, as
well as their advanced versions and supersets including HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, SASS, and
LESS.
Throughout his education and career, Andras has had the opportunity to work with multiple
backend languages, frameworks, and databases, further strengthening his T-shaped profile. His
experience includes working with C#, .NET framework, Python, Fast API framework, PHP,
Laravel Framework, relational databases (including SQL such as MySQL and PostrgreSQL) and
graph databases (such as Neo4j).
Andras is dedicated to continually update his professional knowledge, regularly introducing new
technologies, languages, frameworks, and building tools into his life. He was an early adopter of
Vite (replacing Webpack bundler) and Storybook (UI development tool).
Additionally, he is eager to master Agile methodologies, learning from its creators and applying it
in his everyday work life and teams.

András had the chance to get aligned, set standards and collaborate with the new and existing frontend developers in the team.
His contract will last until 30th April.

The application was focusing on usability, putting focus on both desktop and mobile appearance.
While András's responsibility and focus was on the frontend, he was comfortable to work with API, CI/CD and the databases. This T-shaping was increasing the team's overall effectiveness and enabled him to solve problems by himself.
He was also an active member of shaping the team's everyday dynamics.
Out of proactivity and seing the need, András spined up a frontend community in their department (8 people, that were growing to 20-30 during the years), that he facilitated. Gradually he formed the community into a self-organizing group.
During the development of the project, András helped their department to build/manage to build their own Design System, helping from the frontend perspective. The process was including communication with vendors and library maintainers (such as the Vuetify team), communicating with designers and stake-holders of the project and helping setting direction of the project's evolution.
Result: • production ready internal knowledgebase application of pharmaceutical • production ready application that tracks the evaluation process of early research ideas in drug development • established foundation of internal Design System • self organizing frontend community Methods: Scrum, CI/CD Technologies: Vue 2, Vue 3, Vue Router, Pinia, TypeScript, SCSS, Html, JSON5, D3.js, Tailwind, Axios, Day.js, Node, Webpack, Vite, Storybook, Docker, Python, FastAPI, Neo4j, Figma, Azure DevOps, AWS lambdas, Azure Pipelines

Initially András was part of the frontend team of the company, that was working together to implement the frontend tasks of the first version of the application.
After being on the project 4 months, there was a reorganization in the company, where they create cross-functional teams for each of the parts of the application. András was responsible for creating and maintaining the frontend of the Facebook Ads part of the web application. Together with backend developers, a UX/UI designer and a product owner.
One of the biggest challenges was the on-going communication with the Facebook team (called Meta today) as the implementation was tightly coupled with their API. With András's help, the team could finish the assignment and with that attract a new bigger user-base to the platform.
The system was customer-facing, so their feedback and the way they used the application had to be carefully monitored to optimize their journey in the application.
Result: • Production ready web application of Cobiro Aps.
• Production ready feature of Facebook Ads Methods: Scrum, CI/CD Technologies: Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, SCSS, Html, Node, Webpack, Storybook, Docker

One of his significant contributions was migrating an existing Angular.js first version application into an Angular 2 application which facilitated the creation of a modular and scalable codebase.
Employing performance optimization techniques like lazy loading, code splitting, and browser caching, he consistently improved website speed and user engagement. His dedication to maintaining code quality was evident through his involvement in code reviews and providing constructive feedback to peers, fostering coding standards adherence.
He was proactive in collaborating with the QA team to identify and address frontend-related bugs and issues, ensuring a smooth and uninterrupted user journey. His commitment to agile development methodologies was reflected in his active participation in daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, and retrospective meetings, ensuring seamless project execution.
