The program was structured into 8 workstream, each with its dedicated project manager. The workstreams included e.g Master data, SAP interface development and PAS-X design and configuration but also Change readiness as well as IT equipment refresh.
As program lead Annie was responsible for setting up the program structure including governance, driving overall progress but also the workstream defined as Cutover planning. Annie managed a core team of 's and approx. 70 people were involved in the program.
Annie reported to Steering Committee, which consisted of several of the sites Product divisions managers, and Global Programme Lead in Operations IT.
Development and implementation of new infrastructure within a global manufacturing company The overall objectives for the program were to stabilize current infra environment, prepare for further digitalisations and create scalability for the future. 68 sites in 21 countries in Europe, Asia, Oceania and North America were in the scope and included compute/servers, storage, backup, security, network, AD and VPN. An agile 2 design and implementation model was developed in order to be able to manage a multi country roll out. The program delivered harmonised and streamlined solutions together with outsourcing of defined services to an India based supplier. The outsourcing partner were deeply involved in the program and part of the core team.
As the program lead, Annie was responsible for the design and implementation model, overall progress, cost follow-up/budget, resourcing and global communication.
Annie managed a core team of 10 fulltime people on a daily basis and around 60 people were engaged in the program representing the local sites.
The program budget was +100 MSEK and Annie reported to the group CIO.
System development within a large global pharmaceutical company The product aimed at defining the URS for the implementation of a robot application for automated testing of products. The assignment included defining ways of working, facilitating workshops including the application vendor as well as initial dialogue around vendor contract.
Annie was project manager and reported to programme lead and Global delivery lead in Operations IT.
Development of retail strategy within an international telecom company The assignment aimed at defining a vision and strategy for the retail business area. In the first step a purpose and a clear vision for the retail business area was defined.
The assignment also included evaluation of value proposition, customer segmentation and organization as well as leadership and culture.
Annie was project manager and reported to the division VP.
Development and implementation of MS Dynamics CRM in an international healthcare chain The assignment aimed at streamlining business processes within the chain while developing and implementing a CRM system. The assignment included defining ways of working and system requirements, preparations for local implementation, internal communication and coaching of internal project manager. The development was carried out with a remote team in St Petersburg and in close collaboration with the client.
Annie was project manager and reported directly to the CEO.
Transformation within a large private healthcare company The program was designed primarily to lower personnel costs. To maintain high quality within operations it required a new operating model and organisation was developed. The assignment involved evaluation of existing business model and organisation, negotiations with several unions, development of simulation model for optimization of staffing, development of new operating model and organisation together with new ways of working in daily operations. The assignment also included evaluation of all managers and restructuring of management responsibilities. Finally, the new operating model and organization was implemented and managers and key personnel were trained in new roles.
Annie was the program manager and reported directly to the division CEO.
New business model within a large retail chain The assignment was to develop and implement a new business model within the whole chain. This involved setting out the details of the business model, development 3 of new agreements, strategic evaluation of the existing chain and negotiations of new agreements. Profit increase due to new business model was over 100 MSEK.
Annie was program manager and worked closely with members of the Executive Management team.
