Putting a on developing the service offerings within "AI & Data Engineering" where Acando/CGI was taking a strong position. Engaged in customer projects as a steering group member and resource supplier.
Individual Contribution:
• CM3 Profitability has more than doubled from 2011 to 2017 and even more after that.
• Turnover and number of employees has increased continuously with 15-20% yearly.
• Employee turnover decreased from exceptionally high to normal or low levels. The increase is a result of a plan that was developed early: engage heavily with Microsoft, increase marketing activities and establish clearly defined and attractive offerings. This was combined with recruitment and increased frequency in communication with employees. Started to communicate via a weekly newsletter that has gained tremendous popularity.
• Arranged a huge number of marketing events and seminars, often acting as a speaker. Famous within Acando as one of the absolutely best speakers. Arranged several market events in Gothenburg, some with +130 attendants.
• Several service offerings has been developed, e.g. the Darwin datawarehouse framework, preconfigured datawarehouses for ERP, advanced analytics with machine learning etc. These offerings have led the way into several new customers, and opened up new accounts for Acando.
• Developed a new and healthy license business in cooperation with partners such as Qlik, BizView and Snowflake.
• Acting as a driving force internally within Acando, currently driving a homogenization of the Analytics business, and creating a strong community.
• Developed a fruitful cooperation with Microsoft which is one explanation to the increase in business. Received the title "BI Partner of the year" 2013 and 2017 as a result of this engagement. Acando is currently one of a handful partners that works close to Microsoft in the area of Business Analytics.
• Engaged several new customers that today represents a major part of the turnaround even outside the Analytics area. Some of them are on Acando West's top 5 customers list today.

Working with development, marketing and sales of packaged solutions within the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) area. Developing a Mobile CRM SaaS-offer (Software as a Service). Sonera was a Finnish telecom operator, and Sonera Juxto where developing Software as a service offerings aimed at the Nordic market. The role included product responsibility for the CRM offering, and thereby a great deal of cooperation and coordination between Swedish and Finnish resources.
