Agile Coach

I was a part of 2 teams, where I was full time Scrum Master for one team and Coach for the other team's Scrum Master. My task was to teach both teams how
to collaborate as a Scrum Team, and how to deliver valuable solutions to the users.
It was interesting and rewarding for me to experience both teams' development and how they slowly but surely, moved towards working according to the Scrum Framework and Agile Principles. I also had the pleasure of being a sparring partner for the Department Manager on how to practice Agile Leadership.

In early 2016 Bankdata started an agile transition, where all current project managers got certified Scrum Masters or Product Owners. I was Scrum Master for a team with 8 members. We worked on several projects for the self-service solutions and kept improving the team's skills in being consistent and predictive MINDDAL-FRYDENHOLM with the deliveries.
Mid 2017 I took on the role as Scrum Master for one more team. The new team was co-located in Silkeborg/India, which brought in new challenges, and it was starting all over teaching them Scrum/Agile principles and progressing as they learned and got more comfortable with the process.
During the work with the two teams, it became very obvious that just because certain things work fine in one team, doesn't mean the exact same can be applied to another team. Inspect and adapt are keywords to me, and using retrospectives are important to learn and understand where the team is, and what needs to improve.

I took over as Project Manager on a project, after I had spent a year and a half on the project as business consultant. In the project we started to adopt more agile methods like planning poker for estimation, breaking down our work into Sprint-like periods etc., and to track our process using burndown charts. The team consisted of 10 people covering roles like UX/UI, test, developers and business consultants.

After more than 10 years as a Bank Advisor, I changed my career path, and joined Bankdata to use my financial knowledge in a new context as a business consultant. My primary tasks were analyzing and implementing business needs for different projects. Including testing of the solutions.
