Together with an Operations Manger, I was responsible for a team of 25
specialist, whose task was to design women's health care throughout the region within the specialties Obstetrics and Gynecology. Everyday challenges, to mention
a few was new recruitment, reporting to stakeholders, planning and follow-up, risk
management, change management and decision management - in one of Sweden's
largest and most important project, Skånes Digitala Vårdsystem, SDV.
