Steven's role is to act as the Product Owner (PO) within the SAFe delivery team. The role includes the defining what the team should work on in a prioritized order in agreement with the customer, meaning daily standups and meetings with the team and customer.
The aim of Epiroc's project is to implement Salesforce Sales Cloud, Quip and CRM Analytics (Tableau) as an initial step before also implementing a new CPQ and other support systems. All the mentioned implementations are led by Steven together with the delivery team and in cooperation with the customer's stakeholders.

As the Supply Chain Coordinator at B. Braun Medical AB Steven had three main areas of responsibility. The development of the in- and outbound logistics, acting as a local Power User of the ERP system, SAP, Local administrator and Super User of the CRM system, Salesforce. His primary task was to develop and manage the daily order intake of the ERP system through EDI and OCR to minimize the intake of manual orders such as telephone, e-mail and even fax orders.
As part of the improvement process, he has been a member of the project group with the task to implement electronic commerce through the whole supply chain (EDI). This group was managed from the Nordics, but the technical setup was performed in Germany, so English was the daily spoken language.
As an SAP Power User, he had authorization to provide information, such as reports and statistics, through transactions the users normally do not have access to. He was mostly working in the SD (Sales and Distribution) and MM (Material Master) modules, but also have some access to the PP (Production Planning) module.
The administration and development of the CRM system, Salesforce was one of the more important tasks he had. He was responsible for the local development in Sweden together with our other Nordic branches as well as the responsible training officer for all Swedish employees.
As a member of both the local Swedish and Nordic CRM steering committees, he has learnt much of the system and its potentials.
The business at B. Braun was done mostly with the local countries and other governmental organizations, meaning most transactions done, were according to the Public Procurement Act of which Steven has learnt much over the past few years.
