(Ireland - Distance) Pursued a professional diploma in digital learning to expand my HR expertise and enhance my digital learning competencies.
As a key component of my certification journey: • I designed and developed "the SkillScrape Program", an innovative e-learning initiative tailored for career development in talent acquisition.
• The program emphasises a learner-centric approach, with a personalization and gamification approach. It is structured into four interactive modules, that comprehensively cover foundational skills, transferable skills, self-assessment techniques, and practical skill application strategies. (SAM approach, Learning Gap, Learning Personas, Business case) • For development, I focused on Microdesign for the first module, integrating various learning formats such as multimedia content and interactive activities. This design approach prioritised personalization, inclusivity, and practical collaboration with SMEs, catering to diverse learning styles. Read more about the program's micro design (Learning blocks, flow, screenplay, storyboard, and prototype) • For Evaluation, I designed a rollout plan ensuring seamless integration and user engagement and planned for a comprehensive evaluation strongly focused on different data points to assess effectiveness, relevance, and areas for improvement.
