Public Power Corporation (PPC), Greece's largest utility company, has established its fiber wholesale network. In order to serve its customers more efficiently and fast, PPC is striving for a unified solution to seamlessly manage various functions, including accounts, self-care, order capturing, charging and billing, inventory management, service design, logical resource inventory, resource configuration, activation systems, trouble ticketing, and workforce management. This comprehensive solution is intended to integrate with external systems directly or indirectly associated with these operations. To achieve this objective, PPC has solicited a proposal from Oracle for a modern and intelligent solution that encompasses both the FiberCo and RetailCo businesses and aligns with PPC's vision to evolve into a fully digitized, efficient, and automated operator in Greece.

Project manager for replacing PCRF (Policy & Charging Rules Functions) and implementing 5G SA (standalone) at Telia company.
Telia is currently managing several PCRF platforms, utilizing an architecture that combines PCRF and OCS, across the Nordics and Baltics. These platforms have reached their End of Life (EOL) and require urgent replacement. To ensure business continuity, Telia is deploying a global, cloud-native common target solution from Oracle. This new architecture features standalone PCF/PCRF and standalone OCS components, covering operations in Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Estonia.

Responsible for planning and designing the program delivery solution for the client in alignment with their Request for Proposal (RFP) at Vodacom Group.
The transition of Vodacom Group into a Technology Company (TechCo) has prompted a thorough review of the existing Business Support System (BSS) landscape. The objective is to formulate a BSS modernization strategy aligned with the ambitions and strategic goals of the Technology company. To achieve this objective, Vodacom has engaged Oracle to submit a proposal for a world-class and future-proof solution encompassing all core BSS functionality areas in the Republic of Congo, Lesotho, Mozambique, and Tanzania.

Responsible for heading, planning, organizing, controlling, and implementing end-to-end program and project lifecycle for numerous customer projects. I've successfully managed and executed large and strategic customer programs/projects by leading large multiple teams across the globe ranging between 5 to 500 people and with a budget spanning from $20K to nearly $250M.

Aimo Park Directed and successfully orchestrated the migration of Aimo Park's domain from the legacy platform to a modern one, spanning Sweden, Norway, and Finland. This transformative initiative was executed under the framework of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). As a SAFe Agile Coach, I implemented SAFe practices and delivered coaching and training to executives, business owners, and Agile Release Trains (ARTs) across the organization. In addition to my role as a SAFe Agile Coach, I took on the responsibility of a Product Owner for one of the agile teams. This involved planning, upgrading, testing, and migrating all applications from the current to the new platform across the specified countries.
Furthermore, I served as a Rollout Director and Release Train Engineer (RTE), facilitating alignment and addressing potential impediments within the agile teams.

Led a pre-study for automation of user-controlled ordering portal for the city of Södertälje.
Currently, all accesses and privileges within the city are manually managed by the support and maintenance team. The objective was to achieve full automation, ensuring that when a user initiates an order for access or other privileges, the process is automated upon approval of the request.

The project encompassed substantial organizational changes, necessitating comprehensive change management and the introduction of a new operational framework across all organizational units within the City of Södertälje.

I led a significant project for the City of Stockholm, overseeing the development, packaging, testing, and installation of nearly 600 applications across 47 different organizations within the city. The extensive project team comprised of nearly 500 Full-Time Equivalents (FTE) located in Sweden, Finland, Czech Republic, and India. As the primary liaison, I served as the single point of contact for all 47 client organizations and key vendors, ensuring seamless communication and coordination throughout the project.

This user community includes both customers and entrepreneurs actively engaged in their respective roles within the platform.

Managed the "Big Pilot Test" at Telia Company, with a focus on thoroughly investigating and preparing for the data migration phases spanning across Sweden.

Led a pre-study at the city of Södertälje to investigate the infrastructure of their IT solutions and managing rolls and accesses for all the systems being used by them.

Led a significant data migration and refinement project at Telia Company. Telia Company owns a substantial fiber and copper network in Sweden which is being utilized by large global telecom operators. The existing network management solution was fragmented and unreliable, incurring substantial costs and resources for planning, construction, documentation, and maintenance. The project's primary objective was to implement a new, unified IT solution aligned with Telia's business goals. I successfully orchestrated the creation and management of seven (7) Scrum teams, involving extensive candidate selection and interviews on a large scale. The project team comprised nearly 120 Full-Time Equivalents (FTE) across Sweden, the Czech Republic, the United States, and India. This endeavor resulted in the seamless combination and migration of data from diverse legacy systems to a newly consolidated database.

In this project I was accountable for for end-to-end delivery lifecycle encompassing bidding, vendor selection, project planning, development, transition, production, and closure. Over the course of one and a half years, I thoughtfully created and managed a team of nearly 20 individuals, ensuring the successful delivery of the project in alignment with established business objectives.
Telge Nät owns and manages water and wastewater, electrical, district heating and telecommunication networks in three cities Södertälje, Järna and Nykvarn in Sweden. Historically, the company utilized disparate solutions for network management, prompting the need for a unified IT solution covering all products (networks). The objective was to achieve comprehensive visibility into planning, construction, and maintenance activities across all products, thereby reducing costs. A feasibility study indicated potential cost savings of approximately 20% for the company, leading to the initiation of a substantial transformation program encompassing all products. Within this program, three projects were undertaken, including the one mentioned above, as well as the next two projects. In addition to augmenting product visibility, our strategic focus extended to the enhancement of data quality and the implementation of automation measures. This encompassed a spectrum of processes, including planning, design, deployment, and maintenance, strategically applied across the entirety of the company's network infrastructure.

In this project I was accountable for for end-to-end delivery lifecycle encompassing bidding, vendor selection, project planning, development, transition, production, and closure. Over the course of one and a half years, I thoughtfully created and managed a team of nearly 35 individuals, ensuring the successful delivery of the project in alignment with established business objectives.
● Project Manager - Implementation of a new IT-platform for District Heating Network.
In this project I was accountable for for end-to-end delivery lifecycle encompassing bidding, vendor selection, project planning, development, transition, production, and closure. Over the course of one and a half years, I thoughtfully created and managed a team of nearly 20 individuals, ensuring the successful delivery of the project in alignment with established business objectives.
● Project Manager - Net price calculation analysis of Telecommunication Network.
In this project, I was accountable for conducting a thorough net price calculation analysis for the telecommunications network at the company.
● Project Manager - Documentation of a complete fiber-network (From old Raster and Vector schemes) I led a project dedicated to the documentation of an entire fiber network, encompassing both legacy raster and vector schemes for the telecommunications network. This comprehensive initiative involved extensive user interviews to comprehensively understand inventory data, precise equipment locations, and warranty timelines at a large scale.
