Public Power Corporation (PPC), Greece's largest utility company, has established its fiber wholesale network. In order to serve its customers more efficiently and fast, PPC is striving for a unified solution to seamlessly manage various functions, including accounts, self-care, order capturing, charging and billing, inventory management, service design, logical resource inventory, resource configuration, activation systems, trouble ticketing, and workforce management. This comprehensive solution is intended to integrate with external systems directly or indirectly associated with these operations. To achieve this objective, PPC has solicited a proposal from Oracle for a modern and intelligent solution that encompasses both the FiberCo and RetailCo businesses and aligns with PPC's vision to evolve into a fully digitized, efficient, and automated operator in Greece.

Telia is currently managing several PCRF platforms, utilizing an architecture that combines PCRF and OCS, across the Nordics and Baltics. These platforms have reached their End of Life (EOL) and require urgent replacement. To ensure business continuity, Telia is deploying a global, cloud-native common target solution from Oracle. This new architecture features standalone PCF/PCRF and standalone OCS components, covering operations in Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Estonia.

The transition of Vodacom Group into a Technology Company (TechCo) has prompted a thorough review of the existing Business Support System (BSS) landscape. The objective is to formulate a BSS modernization strategy aligned with the ambitions and strategic goals of the Technology company. To achieve this objective, Vodacom has engaged Oracle to submit a proposal for a world-class and future-proof solution encompassing all core BSS functionality areas in the Republic of Congo, Lesotho, Mozambique, and Tanzania.

Presented below are some key projects to which I have actively contributed: ● Project Manager - Implementation of a new IT-platform for Water and Wastewater Network.
In this project I was accountable for for end-to-end delivery lifecycle encompassing bidding, vendor selection, project planning, development, transition, production, and closure. Over the course of one and a half years, I thoughtfully created and managed a team of nearly 20 individuals, ensuring the successful delivery of the project in alignment with established business objectives.
Telge Nät owns and manages water and wastewater, electrical, district heating and telecommunication networks in three cities Södertälje, Järna and Nykvarn in Sweden. Historically, the company utilized disparate solutions for network management, prompting the need for a unified IT solution covering all products (networks). The objective was to achieve comprehensive visibility into planning, construction, and maintenance activities across all products, thereby reducing costs. A feasibility study indicated potential cost savings of approximately 20% for the company, leading to the initiation of a substantial transformation program encompassing all products. Within this program, three projects were undertaken, including the one mentioned above, as well as the next two projects. In addition to augmenting product visibility, our strategic focus extended to the enhancement of data quality and the implementation of automation measures. This encompassed a spectrum of processes, including planning, design, deployment, and maintenance, strategically applied across the entirety of the company's network infrastructure.

In this project, I was accountable for conducting a thorough net price calculation analysis for the telecommunications network at the company.
● Project Manager - Documentation of a complete fiber-network (From old Raster and Vector schemes) I led a project dedicated to the documentation of an entire fiber network, encompassing both legacy raster and vector schemes for the telecommunications network. This comprehensive initiative involved extensive user interviews to comprehensively understand inventory data, precise equipment locations, and warranty timelines at a large scale.

Led a project to develop a 3-dimensional (3D) city model for the city of Höganäs.
● Sub Project Manager - Effects of climate changes on the city of Höganäs.
As a Sub Project Manager, I played a key role in an initiative commissioned by the executive management team of the City of Höganäs. The project's objective was to assess the flooding risks in the city, given its substantial proximity to the sea. I led the development of various models to calculate and evaluate the potential impact of sea level variations on Höganäs City.
