Finland Dec Nordea is undertaking a major transformation and I have an important role to help the bank to accomplish it. Currently I am main requirement analyst supporting as we are implementing new FICO solution for debt collection. Our core team is Nordic and we have partners in UK, India and Poland. Finland Accenture This was Accenture one of the first important mainframe contracts in Finland and I had important role as I was responsible of the mainframe operations. Rest of the mainframe team was located offshore and I was coordinating and supporting any development or operational work. Customer was implementing new Core System to replace mainframe and I was also involved in several projects that were using new technologies. One of them implemented SEPA payment system for the company. We also solved issues with new SEPA payments. Customer rating for our team (three roles in Finland rest offshore) was 7/7 - first ever in Accenture Finland! Later on I developed and maintained Compensation System. Work also included DB2 performance improvement analysis.
