Design thinking mindset: I value a design thinking approach to solving real people's
problems; I absolutely love the product discovery part of the Product Management
role as this is where I learn about our users' pain points, needs and desires, develop
and test prototypes, learn from experiences, and iterate on feedback to reach a
desired solution

Some of the achievements in 2022 included: ● Starting up an entirely new team and new product. During the 6 months we spend on the product we have increased the revenue by +89% and the visits to the PDP by +355% (Q4 2002 results) ● Explored a total of 5 new products due to various strategic directions. This included understanding existing research and knowledge about users, building stakeholder relationships, building dashboards and understand all those insights to make decisions i.e. outline user journeys, perform additional user research, do design sprints, test prototypes etc.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE Senior Business Analyst Pandora / 2017 - 2019 As Business Analyst in the Consumer Technology Team, I was primarily working within the MarTech area e.g. with CRM, e-mail marketing, loyalty programs, consumer data, analytics, GDPR and data integrations.
