As Senior Product Manager in Shopper (Lego.com), our squad is setting the digital direction for the online customized products which enable the LEGO Group to offer experiences that will set us apart from other retailers.
Some of the achievements in 2022 included: ● Starting up an entirely new team and new product. During the 6 months we spend on the product we have increased the revenue by +89% and the visits to the PDP by +355% (Q4 2002 results) ● Explored a total of 5 new products due to various strategic directions. This included understanding existing research and knowledge about users, building stakeholder relationships, building dashboards and understand all those insights to make decisions i.e. outline user journeys, perform additional user research, do design sprints, test prototypes etc.
