Worked as a senior backend engineer at Brocc. I joined Brocc as the first Java backend engineer with the purpose of rebuilding a legacy PHP application in a new Microservices structure built in Java and deployed in AWS. This enabled Brocc to take their system and services towards new visions that was not possible with the legacy system. I was responsible for rebuilding a set of core functionalities to optimise performance and enable scalability for the Brocc system. As the first Backend engineer in a new team this role involved setting the foundation for the new team in regards of both technical foundation and work processes. Worked as a backend developer at Nordnet AB. As an engineer in a team I work with a lot of collaboration in processes like pair programming and mob programming. The core of the development I am responsible for is integrating Nordnet Pension products with external parties and moving Nordnet Pension to the Google Cloud platform. The tech stack I work with mainly include Java Spring, Micro services, Google Cloud Services, Kubernetes and PostgreSQL.

Worked as a tech lead and senior developer at PE Accounting. As the tech lead I had the responsibility to lead the development of a big and prioritized technical and commercial project at PE Accounting. This included hiring and onboarding new talent as well as setting up agile processes such as retrospectives, grooming and story points. I also had the utmost responsibility for security, architecture, design and software quality of the modules delivered and maintained by the team. The tech stack I worked with mainly included Java Spring, MySql, docker, Jenkins and Primefaces. Some notable achievements: Developed and commercialised a scaleable technical solution to support collective agreements at PE accounting

Worked as a full stack developer in a product team at PE accounting. The team consisted of a product owner and 3 developers. My main responsibilities where providing quality solutions according to the requirements and needs of our customers. The tech stack I worked with mainly included Java Spring, MySql and Primefaces. Apart from development I took part in setting the agile work processes for the team which involved retrospectives, collaborative grooming, story points, stand ups etc

Lead the product team and was responsible for the quality of the Adverty product as well as managed key high profile partners such as International Advertising Bureau (IAB) and Pubmatic. The teams worked with agile development processes including Kanban and Scrum and my main responsibilities were to make sure all tech teams were aware of the top priorities and the envisioned roadmap as well as transformed business needs into technical requirements. I Worked closely with the SDK team specifically to produce prototypes and evaluate architectural solutions for improvement of the SDK throughout the year. Some notable achievements: Helped the backend tech team solve the technical integration with Pubmatic when both companies were unable to move forward. Connected the business and tech department and established and refined a roadmap all parts of the company stood for and worked towards

Headed up the tech department from myself only up to 11 engineers, Adverty went went from 2 employees to 18 with teams in multiple countries. The Adverty system is a big data system handling hundreds of millions of ads per day on a global scale. Adverty consist of a game engine plugin with a distributed backend system deployed on AWS cloud services. This involved setting up agile development processes using Kanban and Scrum, recruitment, system architectural design and deployment processes. Some notable achievements: Spent 6 months architecting and coding the base structure for the SDK’s internal communication and logic using C-sharp and Object-Oriented programming.
