Frida succesfully lead the team in a pedagogical, analytic and structured way as agile coach and functional requirements analyst Lead and got excellent feedback many times from the team and steering group. Frida reached the deadline with a tight schedule for the RFP that had been postponed many times before Frida started her assignment.
Created the Project Requirements Specification document (User stories, Epis, Effects, process-relationships) with associated impact- and process maps.
Backlog Refinements &änd prioritization, wrote UAT-tests.
Held educational courses/sessions about agile methods and thinking and different prioritization techniques.
With entusiasm Frida continously and pedagogical coached the team how to think in an agile way and dear trusting the agile-ways-of-working (operational level). Create communication plans and templates and Coordinate the work of APM governance process per application/system in the bank.
Extra effort where made to clearly, transparent and continuosly communicate Why (goals), How (to reach it), When (timeline process),effects (measurables), expectations and preparation work from Application/system owners in Confluence.
Created a APM page in Confluence with explanations on How-to do, How the governance models works, vizualized (not confident) data per application, shared Microsoft Word and excel- Templates prepared for yearly interviews and analysis.
Close collaboration with CIO, Product owners, IT department, Law-department, finance-department, Development Teams, Vendors/suppliers, controllers and my team of management consultants.
I also succesfully led a license audit for the bank. The audit had been running for 12 months with no results when I became responsible. After 3 months of negotiations and data analyzis sources we provided the evidence required to proof our cause and saved the bank millions in fines.
