·         Planning, executing, and managing workshops for senior managers of our corporate customers.

·         Coaching senior managers of customers post workshops.

·         Facilitation of workshops on vision for the new company and the targets.

Project description:

• Ensuring progress in implementation changes to the AP areas of W&S, Formulation, Inspection and Clean Utility
• Establish collaboration between IT Automation and AP Support function.
• Change management activities in implementing more agile methods in the daily operations at the factory level.
• Support the IT GxP validation processes within AP Support Automation team.

Responsibilities/deliverables:

• Organizing and ensuring progress on finding and implementing solution to automation problems at the AP Support functions.
• Ensure collaboration between AP Support and AP Automation which was ad hoc and not working very well

Project description: 

• Developing an RPA (robotic process automation) on GxP Environmental Monitoring for site Kalundborg, Site Chartres, and Site Bagsværd 
• Environmental sampling is a heavy manual process where environmental specialists at the site must check if the environmental samples have been taken at the right time and right place. This is done by cross-checking several systems.
• The project was initially a one site solution but developed into RPAs for 3 sites, which involved process alignment across sites to minimize the customization of the digital solution 

Responsibilities/deliverables: 

• RPA that collected all relevant data from several systems and pre-checked if the data was correct according to designed business rules.
• Stakeholder management both at site and global level in Product Supply
• Ensuring correct mapping of the process and alignment with global process chairs.
• Ensuring project progress.

• Facilitation collaboration across sites on finding a common process to automate.

Project description: 

• RPA to ensure data are uploaded in the EU Monitoring System
• Novo Nordisk must upload release data for insulin pens into the EU Monitoring System to be allowed to sell pens from pharmacies across EU. The data upload is automated but can fail, thus making monitoring required. The project built an RPA solution replacing manual monitoring.
   

Responsibilities/deliverables:

• Stakeholder management especially with the offshore unit of Novo Nordisk, as they had the insight on the process but also the risk of losing a task.
• Ensuring correct mapping of the process involving inputs from Global Process Owners and from daily operation at the offshored unit in India.

Project description: Energy Duty Compliance project across Danish production sites. Energy taxation laws in Denmark states that we need to be able to separate different types of consumption of energy (Electricity, Steam, Natural Gas etc.) by meters to be able to gain re-imbursement of energy duties Responsibilities/deliverables: 

• Project Manager 
• Mapping out the energy flows on three company sites in Denmark to categorise, whether the consumption was eligible for duty deduction or not
• Splitting the types of consumption by installing meters into GxP regulated areas Ensuring the bridge between the energy stewards on site with management 
• Laying the foundation to a new energy management system and Energy duty compliance setup
• Stakeholder management at site level as well as a Product Supply HQ and Global Tax functions

Project description:

• Team of young managers is on a fast growth journey. New legal requirements implies that the business will grow very fast, and the management team does not work as a coherent strong team but as individuals.
• Develop the managers to have a leader and not a manager perspective.
