This short assignment was mostly about helping Svenska Spel's game development teams to start using their Continuous Delivery platform. Some minor trainings and individual coaching and mentoring.

Senior Scrum Master working with various parts of the company, most notably the Poker development teams. Streamlining the release process for all the teams in conjunction with the Ops and Change management team, forming new teams etc.
