My main expertise is product UX design, strategy and innovation. I have + 15 years of
experience within the field of UX and product design ranging from initial research, analysis and strategy to conceptualization, design, prototyping, test and validation all the way to implementation and releasing successfully.
I'm used to leading teams and I enjoy empowering others and linking people together around a common goal and make sure that the team works with passion and execution.

Responsible for the competence development within design at 1337. I aslo participate in sales meetings and put together proposals / offerings and work with client assignments.

Evaluating their product EIAS 5 and suggesting a path forward to improve the product from a customer experience and usability perspective. delivering a report and defined a couple of high level core concepts for redesign of the product EIAS 5. EIAS 5 is a compliance software used by hospitals to monitor and improve their compliance in relation to operations/ surgery.

During my time at Nexer Maverick I have taken on several different and varying assignments and projects. I usually take on a strategic leading role in project and quite often also the project manager role.
I'm was responsible for leading the internal competence development group across all disciplines and also represents the CX/UX and service design area within this group. I also participate in developing our methods and offerings, participate in recruiting of new employees, sales meetings and take responsibility for putting together project proposals and offerings to new clients.

April 2020 - Dec 2021 - Our assignment was to come up with a brand new customer experience for their entire web that would increase conversion of new customers online and increase retention of existing customers and all together provide a best in class customer experience. We have done research, defned strategies for communication, conversion and retention, defned new design directions for their web, developed experience and interactive concepts, prototypes and provided detailed design (site is not launched yet).

Start up aiming to offer a Service (app) for C2C reselling of used goods. The aim was to have a sustainability profile, promoting circular economy, offering users / members to swap things (apparels and interior decoration) with other users. There was also a wish for this service to become some kind of community enabling users to meet new likeminded people through the swaps.
I helped framing the scope and advised on how to formulate a strategy - value proposition, business model, strategy for monetization, defining an MVP etc.

Nelly needed a new return strategy, they needed to reduce returns, reduce or prevent unwanted returns, I did customer journey mapping, proposed actions to reduce returns, prevent returns and to manage returns. Projects: Evaluate a product the company sought to acquire (Formida), looking at the market ft and competition, product feature set, UX design quality and potential developments of the product going forward.
Defne what changes should be made to the teaching aid platform and the customer / user experience in order to increase conversion of existing customers from 'basic' accounts to full (premium) accounts.
Product strategy: defning and prioritizing product changes /improvements and new concepts for the future.
Mapping out the customer journeys to identify pain points to overcome and opportunities for the future.
Investigation of how NE should shape and develop teaching aids in progressive subjects (language & mathematics), evaluated different strategies and proposing short term improvements and long term vision. Competitor analysis / benchmarking, looking at potential acquisition options or collaboration partners and defning what kind of user experience and features a future solution should have and sketching out concepts.

At Qlik I was part of the Product design group where I had UX responsibility for different product areas and led different design projects through research, analysis, ideation, design and implementation for new product concepts related to Qlik Sense (not Qlik view). I also participated in User research and persona creation for Qlik Sense.
UX lead for cloud portal (Qlik Sense) - The cloud solution was for small /medium businesses where the customers should not be acquired by direkt sales but sign up online for a SaaS solution. I mapped out the customer journey, proposed concepts and strategies for onboarding new users and how to make them hooked. I also proposed a roadmap/ prioritization for new features connected to the stages in the customer journey.
UX lead for data storytelling and reporting (Qlik Sense) - UX lead for data analytics set up and editing / creation of dashboards in (Qlik Sense) For my product areas I created long term product visions and roadmaps for the design mapped to business goals and prioritized the short term backlog. I typically did user/ customer journey mappings, did research and discovery, analyzing and mapping out the problem space, conceptual design, future scenario defnition, defned user fows, created wireframes, and participated in usability studies. I worked in close relationship with product managers, architects, developers, user researchers, visual designers, subject matter experts and other designers throughout the process.
I was also part of defning our ways of working, defning processes, methods, tools to use etc. and also helped out with recruitment of new designers.
Agile processes - At Qlik development is truly Agile, which means I also participated in mile stone plannings, user story writing, scrum meetings, daily stand ups etc. with the development teams.

I introduced new ways of working and managed to turn around the process from traditional requirements documentation to design driven documentation.
I initiated and led a project aimed at get consistency in design across all products and platforms.
Created a UI framework (design framework) to be used for all products of varying screens sizes and applications, what would today be similar to a design system.
Generally I was involved in projects from requirements gathering and conceptualization all the way to fnished product. My work typically included doing user research and profling, conceptual design, UX concept design and detailed design, graphical design and carrying out usability tests.
