Leadership / Long experience and knowledge in leadership and organizational
Organisation issues in practice. Fredrik has worked as a Team Leader and
functional manager with budget, delivery and support responsibility
for IT services. Fredrik has also been acting line manager for a
group of 20 people.
Fredrik has worked extensively to develop and drive work on
changing processes, working methods and handling both changes
in individual roles / tasks and pure outsourcing activities. Fredrik
also has a great habit and knowledge of working with global teams
where most employees have been in India but also in Poland, Brazil
and the USA.
In most of his roles, Fredrik has participated in and been
responsible for most of the subprojects.
Starting in 2002, Fredrik was part of a Volvo IT's largest project in
terms of budget and number of users. This project aimed to
develop a user management tool. For 1 year, Proof Of Concept was
conducted for 4 different suppliers and in this work Fredrik acted in
Project Management the role of Subject Matter Expert for his part of the line
organization.
In these projects, Fredrik has participated and driven the work of
creating customer structures and rules of eligibility for IT services
within the Volvo Group as well as with their suppliers. Fredrik has
also been responsible for project deliveries for external customers
to Volvo IT such as Nobel Biocare.
During most of his years working, Fredrik has been responsible for
and worked with software development and support for a global
ordering and administration tool. In this work, Fredrik, together
with the others in the management group, worked according to
ITIL/ITSM
ITIL / ITSM, with Agile development and all processes for Incident,
Problem & Change management. Fredrik also has experience and
knowledge of tools that support these processes, including the case
management tool: ServiceNow.
Fredrik has in every respect always worked with both Service and
Support where he was responsible for developing his team and in
the end being able to offer the best possible support to the
customers. In his delivery responsibilities, Fredrik also has long
experience of acting in the role of escalation point in connection
with Major Incidents and similar cases.
This work has been carried out in close dialogue with both
Support Optimization customers and other stakeholders within and outside their own
organization. It has largely been about formalizing / demanding,
developing and structure the Support Organization.
As an example of this work, the focus has been on "End-to-end"
responsibility where the primary purpose was to speed up the
handling of incidents, which was particularly important in the
relationship with Volvo IT's external customers such as Stockholm
City & SJ.
