I've been a part of the Growth team and have worked maily with
mat.se's e-commerce platforms in close collaboration with the digital marketing team.
In the beginnign of 2018 I got promoted to be E-Commerce
Manager and have had the full responsibility for sales and e-
commerce platforms and the company KPI related to that.
Some of the larger business development projects within the sales
area I've finalized are:
- Launching a total redesign
- Sophisticated personalization with machine learning
- Piloting new concepts such as Volvo In-Car Delivery and In-
Fridge Deliverys with Assa Abloy
My main responsibilities as of today are:
- Web analytics and to understand the dynamics behind the customer journeys
- Develop new online sales strategies and tactics
- Participate in larger comapny projects with e-commerce an sales
and
- All third party systems and platforms such as payment providers,
CRM, Infrastructure and more.
