Summary
One of my many roles is one of an IT Delivery Manager who loves to
empower people through agile or traditional methodologies. I have worked in
many large organizations, with cross-functional development teams, complex
stakeholder facilitation and thrives on finding common ground, solving
issues, and moving on to the next challenge.
I tend to bridge the gap between advanced technologies and the business
side. I never lose track of the well-being of my co-workers nor providing a
value for the business.
Throughout my career I have largely worked as a consultant and have a great
understanding of what that means; always listening and always delivering.
Professional Experience

● Handling relations to IT Services and Group Functions (representing Ica Sverige for purchase of applications and tools, requirements regarding ITIL-processes, and to ensure good and productive relationships between various departments).
● Leading a monthly meeting for all Service managers, and ITS representatives to inform, inspire and engage around current topics.
● Responsible for the framework and cross-functional cooperation across the five key core flows of business.
● Responsible for budget of 200 million SEK.
Delivery Manager Managing a team of up to 14 direct reports + consultants. Responsible for all externally sourced applications, maintenance, and development. Product owner for the Data Protection System of Ica Sverige. Planning, organizing, and moderating five Big Room Planning days for up to 250 participants digitally and hybrid.
