Summary
I am an energetic, result and people oriented leader, having delivered 15 years financial and accounting leadership
experience within manufacturing, agricultural companies and shared service centers, which went through extensive
structural and organizational changes over the years.
In my current role I am in charge of building a completely new finance department reaching a size of 50 heads by YE '23
starting from a zero headcount, inclusive managing the managerial level. Finance department includes: AR, AP, G/L,
Accounting and Reporting/consolidation team, tax and controlling areas. I am also responsible for redisigning financial
processes transferred from our German Headquarter entities to the service center in HU. In addition to the center directory
role, responsible for the center's legal entity financial statement's governance and reporting, comprenesive of the business
case, budget and forecast management, also the establishment of local policies and processes.
Currently I am looking for a senior financial or project leader role where I can bring value with my extensive experience
gathered in the field of finance, accounting and reporting area, and project management.
