Developing 3 websites with MySQL, back end. I have done the structuring of data and created all 3 Databases. I still work on all 3 websites, and I also work on our website for our company, trying to make some SEO on it. All this work is as volunteer project. Responsible for coordinating the change of 3000 pc in the organization. Planning the change of computers regarding, department and type of PC (5 different types) for the team to be most effective each day. Using Excel to write the planned list. Using Lotus Notes to extract the list of employees.
Prior to the planning part, I wrote to each person asking wish type of PC they needed, suggesting a type based on the PC that were to be replaced. On behalf of the answer from each person in the department (using v-lookup to extract answers) I wrote to the Leader to have a confirmation on the needs in the apartment.

I made the manuscript that the Phoniers used when they called possible customers.
Information on possible customers came from the customer in for instants raw text we then have to import the data to Access, and they were passed on to Oracle. Might need to edit the text to fullfill the import. Details on the manuscript came to us from the sail department. In the manuscript the Phonier could make some choices (programmed by us). Based on these choices we were able to deliver the result back to the customer.
