* Co-sponsor for a large application transformation program for the IT solutions supporting production in Postnord. Transforming legacy monolithic systems into a cloud based and event driven architecture. Program budget 500 MSEK, calculated net effects 100 MSEK.
* Responsible director for sourcing- and implementation project of strategic application supplier for Postnord with contract value of 750 MSEK/5 years and implementation scope of 28 Agile teams, 23 managed services objects, 24/7 support and service management setup, vendor governance model.
* Significant stabilisation of the in scope IT environment with approx. 50% reduction of critical incidents and reduced recovery time.
2019-01 - 2021-01
* Transition of development program from incumbent group business function to Group IT reporting to CIO.
* Transformation from Prince2 project-oriented delivery model into Scaled Agile Framework, first unit within PostNord to enter new SAFe based operational model.
* Transformation of delivery within the unit from traditionally sourced IT delivery of AM and AD into a scaled devops model.
* Major re-alignment of architecture to fit business needs and achieve required objectives.
* Vendor consolidation (transitions to strategic supplier) to increase efficiency and quality and increase offshoring to reduce cost.
