Building new sales channel for Sofigate, broadening our market presence and establishing working relationships with the leading Danish IT consultancy broker companies (Mind4IT, Prodata, Eworks etc.)

Heading global support organization, a team of 16 persons working in Denmark, Germany, Finland and India, with a userbase of +20000 unique users.
Primarily supporting a tool "Hydra" used for replicating binaries between all RnD sites, ensuring developers had access to the most recent version of an active build.
Created Service Desk and outsourced 1st level support to Chennai, India,
Established and staffed the office, lived in India for a short period of time, ensuring process and procedures were understood and followed.
Later reorganized other parts of the ongoing work and managed a transition project scaling down the organization in Copenhagen, Denmark and at the same time upscaling and transferring tasks to Tampere, Finland.
