This work included design, payment solutions, establishing a PIM organization, B2B functionality and training of shop staff for processes and functions. The launch of E-commerce as a sales channel meant the establishment of a new organization responsible for digital communication and a separate department with responsibility for product information that worked globally with suppliers and internally against purchasing organization to ensure relevancy of the information for Google and other search engines. Is was also responsible for developing the new intranet with the first cloud based solution at K-rauta.
During my time at the K-rauta, I have implemented various projects and measures i.e. reduced inventory values of obsolete inventories by 15-25 million SEK.
