Summary
I am a Data Analytics Engineer utilizing various tools, such as dbt, SQL, BigQuery, git, Airbyte, Looker
Studio, and more.
I like to build things. I believe combining data, IoT and AI will give organizations an opportunity to develop
new products, services, markets and new business processes.
I am also a strong believer in continuous learning. In 2022 I started my dbt journey and in 2019 I completed
the official Google Cloud 'Data and Machine Learning' path with issued credentials for the Data Analyst and
Data Science track.
I am a digital integrator, building bridges between technology, management and business. For more than 20
years with the combination of my personality and technical knowledge I have been part of transforming
business processes for companies around the globe - in retailing, manufacturing, shipping, oil & gas,
chemicals and pharmaceuticals.
I hold a MSc in Engineering (Production, Logistics & Management), a Business Degree in Environmental
Management and a NEBOSH diploma in Environmental Management.
I speak fluent Danish, German and English.

We were executing the digital strategy. We were building Google Cloud Platform (GCP) based services as the future technology foundation serving millions of IKEA customers with new shopping experiences around the world. More specifically I was working in an agile team creating data pipeline frameworks as a foundation to support teams in application development, data analysis and data science. We facilitated, supported and drove project execution and collaboration between the development teams and business domains to deliver solutions and business value. We were creating data pipeline architectures, components and initiatives to democratize data. We were exploring and suggesting various data pipeline technologies identifying opportunities for the business domains. We were documenting and communicating the data pipeline technologies including strengths and weaknesses.
Tools used: Dataflow, Cloud Functions, PubSub, Cloud Storage, Data Fusion, GitHub, Cloud Monitoring, Splunk, Jira, Confluence. IKEA, Sweden.
