My professional profile covers extensive experience and expertise in project management with a background in software development.
I am a project manager capable of uniting a team around a common goal while ensuring they work with motivation and dedication – additionally establishing transparency regarding the status of deliveries and creating successful outcomes.
Over many years, I have specialized as a project manager focusing on software development within the financial sector and the transport/logistics industry. Throughout projects, I have worked extensively with the implementation of processes and compliance, with ESG recently becoming an area where I am developing my skills. Over the years, I have worked with various project models – including PRINCE2, PMP, the Danish government's IT project model – as well as hybrids with an Agile approach. In these Agile project models, I have taken on roles such as Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer ("über" Scrum Master), and Product Owner, as well as project/program manager of such hybrid models.

4. Professional Certifications: I hold an active PMP© certification, demonstrating my knowledge and adherence to industry-recognized project management principles. My education at IBM has provided me with a substantial project management toolkit – enhanced with knowledge about CMMI, and quality assurance and I have achieved an IBM senior project manager certification.
